Cordova Community Foundation Welcomes Julie Reynolds as Program Manager

The Cordova Community Foundation is pleased to announce that it has hired a long-sought Program Manager in local resident, Julie Reynolds.

Julie comes to the Cordova Community Foundation with years of administrative experience. From working as secretary at Mt. Eccles Elementary school and Cordova PTA Secretary, she thrives on organization and details. After taking nearly a decade off to focus on raising her two children, she is excited to begin this new chapter. Working with the Cordova Community Foundation provides Julie with ways to give back to the community that has given her so much. Moving to Cordova in 2003, Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota. Her interests include volunteering, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.

Cordova launched as the Alaska Community Foundation’s eleventh Affiliate community foundation in 2019. The local Advisory Board is now focusing on fundraising to capture Rasmuson Foundation matching funds and building community engagement to support local causes. Our community foundation’s mission is to connect people who care with causes that matter.
